HDMI Port
The High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) PORT is a compact
audio/video interface for transmitting uncompressed digital streams.
On a single cable, HDMI supports PC or TV video formats such as standard,
enhanced, and high-definition video along with up to 8 channels of digital
audio. It is independent of the various digital television standards.
HDMI connects digital audio/video sources such as Blu-ray Disc players, set-
top boxes, personal computers, and video game consoles to compatible digital
audio devices, computer monitors, and digital televisions.
