Shutting Down Your Computer
If a program on your computer stops responding or appears frozen, Windows
will try to find the problem and fix it automatically. In order to continue work,
you may have to end (terminate) the program. You can terminate the
program by using the Task Manager utility.

Right-click the taskbar, and click
Task Manager
.

In the
Applications
tab, select the program that is not responding and
then click
End Task
.
NOTE:
Any data entered or changes made in that program and not saved will be
lost.
