FRP 5: Module Replacement

AC Repair and Adjustment Procedures

Replace the module panel.

6.

Turn the power supply circuit breaker on.

7.

Take all necessary steps to restore the module to a functional state. (For
example, reconfigure the torus configuration and press the Restart button.)

NOTE:

If any PEs fail to deadstart after service, run

bscan

; then run

scan clear

.

8.

Check the WACS display and the power supply and module power
indicator LEDs.

9.

Close the front and rear cabinet doors.

Packing a Module in a Shipping Container

1.

Ensure that the defective module contains plastic cams (shuttle connector
locks – P/N 12919100) and that all exposed daughter-card pin connectors
are covered by pin protectors (P/N 15145700).
