FRP 17: WACS Display Replacement

You may replace the WACS display during cabinet operation. (However, it is a
good safety practice to remove power from the cabinet.)

Display Removal

1.

Open the front cabinet door.

2.

Open the WACS panel and locate the display board.

3.

Disconnect the WACS connector (Amp-modu connector) from the
defective WACS display:

WARNING

Live voltage is present in the cabinet
during this procedure. Failure to avoid
live power components could result in
severe shock and burns.

CAUTION

Observe all ESD precautions. Failure to
do so could result in damage to the
equipment.
