sample: one for Reagent A and one for
Reagent B.

Dispensing reagent at an angle changes the
dilution of the preparation.
11. Holding the dropper bottle vertically, place 4
drops of Reagent A into the "A" tube.

12. Dispense 50 µL of well-mixed sample into
the "A" tube. Add directly to the stain and
do not let sample run down side of tube.
