SAMPLE ANALYSIS
4. Cycle the sample:
a. Immerse the aspirator tip in the sample
tube.
b. Press and release the activator.

IMPORTANT
Do not remove the tube from the aspirator tip until the STATUS message on the Analyzer CRT
changes from
INTRO SAMPLE to WIPE, and there is a beep.
WARNING
Be sure to remove the sample tube and be clear of the area around the aspirator tip before the
STATUS field displays the
PRIME message.
c. Remove the tube of primer when
• you hear the beep and
• the Analyzer CRT STATUS field
displays
WIPE .
d. Wipe the tip with a lint-free tissue.
5. Verify sample ID numbers before you report
results.
