Resolving Error and Warning Messages
Resolving Generic MWI Errors
Table 7-9
describes errors and warnings that might appear on the DPA 7630/7610
either on-screen or in the event log, which are caused by a misconfiguration or
miscommunication with setting and receiving MWI signals on the Definity or
Meridian 1 PBX systems. Use this information to resolve these errors.
CM register reject
The port attempted to
register with
Cisco CallManager but was
rejected.
Verify that Cisco CallManager and the
settings for this port in Cisco CallManager are
properly configured.

included with Cisco CallManager for
additional assistance.
<port number>: Port
using cached TFTP
response
The port is using a cached
TFTP response to access the
Cisco CallManager server.
The Cisco CallManager server is currently
not reachable. Verify that it is up-and-running
and that the network connection to it from the
DPA 7630/7610 is operational.

section on page 6-12
for details.
