Exchanging the sensor cable 

Screw M3x10 (x2) 

Screw M3x6 (x2) 

Cable clamp 2 

Screw M3x6 (x2) 

50 sensor cable 

Plate 

Bush

Connector attachment 

 

Clump cushion 

 

 

The cable protect sheet is put 
under the cable so as to protect the 
sensor cable. 

1.

 

Remove the screw (M3x10 x2) fixes the cable clamp1. 

2.

 

Remove the screw (M3x6 x2) fixes the plate. 

3.

 

Remove the screw (M3x6 x2) fixes the cable clamp2. Do not lose the screw because it is 
held by the clamp cushion. 

4.

 

Remove the each connector with which PCB-40 LED and PCB-50Di. 

5.

 

Remove the 50G sensor cable unit. 

Note: 

1.

 

At the assembling, drawing the cable carefully so as not to crowd. 

2.

 

Adjust the bush so that the 50G sensor cable unit line may become straight and set the 
bush to the installation position.
