Instruction
Check and note the data on the display of
the diagnostic instrument (see Axone
instruction manual) if available.
Disconnect the ECM and proceed to
location test 1.

cabling fault

VOLTAGE SUPPLY SENSOR – MC 1000 ECM
Instruction
Disconnect the throttle group position
sensor and the air pressure sensor,
proceed to test 2
Rectify the fault, proceed to test 4
Reconnect the ECM, proceed to test 3
Locate and rectify the cable fault, proceed
to test 4
Procee to test 4
Locate and rectify the cabling fault between
the ECM and the sensors, if the cabling is
alright, change the ECM.
Proceed to test 4
Activity carried – terminate the test

Test
1 - Check the integrity of the terminal
and the cable:
- ECM pin 1/E4
- ECMpin 1/B3
2 - Check for short circuiting:
- ECM pin 1/B3 to ECM pin 1/E4
3 - With the key "ON", check the
voltage at:
- ECM pin 1/B3
4 - Reconnect the cabling, cancel the
fault code and activate the engine
to check the elimination of the fault
