1 - Check the integrity of the terminal
and the cable:
- ECM pin 2/A1
2 - Check the cable for short circuiting:
- ECM pin to the chassis 2/A1
3 - Check the resistance of the cable:
- ECM pin 2/A1 to EMC pin 2/E1
4 - Check the continuity of the cable
:
- instrument pin 9 to ECM pin
5 - Check the cable for short circuiting:
- ECM pin 2/A1 to ECM pin 2/E1
6 - Reconnect the cabling, cancel the
fault code and activate the function
test of the diagnostic instrument
(see Axone instruction manual) to
check the operation of the rev
counter.
