7.10.3 INSTALL FRONT FRAME

Operate in the reverse manner to removal.
Tighten the two fixing nuts (1).

12 N·m 1.2 Kg-m

REAR FRAME

7.11.1 DISMANTLE REAR FRAME

Remove the internal instrument board fastenings (see
"REMOVE INSTRUMENT BOARD").
Remove the cap (see "REMOVE CAP").
Remove right and left upper cowlings (see "REMOVE UPPER
COWLINGS").
Remove right and left lower cowlings (see "REMOVE LOWER
COWLINGS").
Remove the tailpiece (see "REMOVE TAILPIECE").
Remove the radiator box conduits (see "REMOVE RADIATOR
BOX").
Loosen and remove the two screws (1) freeing the relay fixing
plate (2) and disconnect the two radiator cap tubes (3).

Loosen the five radiator box fixing screws without removing
them, leaving them free from the rear frame.

Loosen and remove the two screws (4) and screw  (5),
extracting the exhaust fixing rod (6).
