C-2.3 Preparazione dello strallo al taglio
Per realizzare il taglio dello
strallo, procedere come
segue:
-
Riportare la quota
"X"
ot-
tenuta lungo lo strallo del
Rollgen tenendolo steso
(es. lungo al pontile) con
lo
“zero”
in corrisponden-
za del grillo superiore della
testa girevole.
-
Segnare sullo strallo la li-
nea di taglio
A
ed effet-
tuare il taglio come de-
scritto di seguito.
Taglio dello strallo
-
Utilizzando il cutter in do-
tazione, tagliare la guaina
circa 100 mm più corta
rispetto la linea di taglio
A
individuata, al fine di sco-
prire lo strallo tessile
sottostante
facendo at-
tenzione a non danneg-
giarlo
(qualora la linea di
taglio non capiti nel tratto
di cima/strallo già sco-
perta dalla guaina).
ATTENZIONE
Se necessario riverificare la
corretta posizione della li-
nea di taglio A sullo strallo
tessile.

Utilizzando la fettuccia di
nastro adesivo in dota-
zione, avvolgere lo strallo
tessile con due giri al cen-
tro della linea

prece-
dentemente individuata.

C-2.3 How to prepare the stay for cutting
To cut the stay, proceed as
follows:
-
mark the measure “
X
”,
obtained on the RollGen
stay, having laid it down
(i.e. along the wharf) with
the “zero” even with the
upper shackle of the
halyard swivel.
-
Mark the cutting line
A
on
the stay and cut as
follows:

-
Using the cutter provided,
cut the rubber tabling foil
about 100 mm shorter
than cutting line
A
, in
order to expose the inner
stay,
being careful to not
damage it
(this in case
the cutting line should not
be in the cable/stay track
that is not covered by the
rubber foil).
CAUTION
If necessary, re-verify the
correct position of cutting
line A on the stay.

Using the tape provided,
wrap the textile stay twice
in the middle of line
A
as
previously determined.
