Disconnect plug connection [228A] for unwind unit
sensor.



Remove dancer arm [229].



Remove bushing [228B] from casing.



Clean bushing and hole in casing.

Replacing unwind unit sensor

– Prerequisite: Dancer arm is removed [229].

Removal:



Remove control lever fixing screw [229D].



Remove nut [230B], remove cable bushing.



Remove 2 screws [230C] on lever plate [230A].



Remove shaft complete with brake.



Disconnect plug connection [231C] on unwind unit
sensor.



Remove 2 nuts [231B]; remove the unwind unit sen-
sor together with its PCB [231A].
