(Checking the humidifier section)
4. Fit an empty humidity chamber in the main
body and close the humidity chamber cover.
Check:
(1) Does the humidity chamber off alarm
disappear?
(2) Does a low water level alarm appear?
(Checking the display and an audible alarm)
5. Press the test switch on the relay box.
Check:
(1) Does the entire display change color in the order of red, green and blue as long as the switch is
pressed down, and does an audible alarm sound?
(Checking the switches)
6. Set the temperature to 23.0
℃
in the manual control mode.
Check:
(1) Does the numerical value on the selected temperature display change when the setting switch
or is pressed?
7. Set the relative humidity to 90% RH.
Check:
(2) Does the numerical value on the selected relative humidity display change when the setting
switch or is pressed?
(Checking the oxygen controller section (when the unit is equipped with the oxygen controller))
8. Press the ON/OFF switch to turn the oxygen controller function on.
Check:
(1) Does a numerical value appear on the oxygen concentration display?
9. Push the lever on the sensor module, pull the
sensor module out of the hood, and carry out
the 21% calibration procedure.
Check:
(2) Does the humidity chamber off alarm
disappear?
Does “21%” appear on the oxygen
concentration display in about 30 seconds?
