(Calibration)
Before calibration, obtain a 5kg reference weight.
(1) Check that the power switch of the incubator is off.
While pressing the calibration switch on the right
side of the main body with a pointed object, turn on
the power switch.
(2) The message “INITIATING CALIBRATION” will
appear in the message area at the bottom of the
display, and the weight monitor will proceed to the
calibration mode.
(3) The 0kg calibration procedure will start
automatically. Be sure to leave nothing on the
mattress platform. Wait for the numerical value on
the display to stabilize in 5~10 seconds, and then
press the Mode switch. The 0kg calibration
procedure will end, and the weight monitor will
proceed to the 5kg calibration mode. If it doesn’t,
see the step (6) below.
(4) The message “CALIBRATING TO 5kg” will appear
in the message area. Then put the 5kg reference
weight in the center of the mattress platform. Wait
for the numerical value on the display to stabilize
in 5~10 seconds, and then press the Mode Switch.
The 5kg calibration procedure will start.
(5) When the 5kg calibration procedure is completed, a
message “Calibration completed” will appear and
the calibrated value will be shown on the weight
display. The value displayed right after the
calibration may differ from the calibrated value by
several grams. After confirming the message and
the weight reading, press the Mode Switch. The
message “END OF CALIBRATION MODE” will
appear, and the weight monitor will proceed to the
manual mode.
