Over/Go/Under comparison mode (“OUC-MD”, 3.1.7.4 at page 42):
0: compare always
1: compare when judging input is ON
2: compare when complete output is ON
3: compare when complete output is ON
and weight will be hold during that time

Note: “Hold mode” is only available in Simple Comparison mode.
