3.1 Voltage Verification
NOTE: Qualified Personnel ONLY.
1. Open the electrical box.
2. Turn machine power on (release e-stop and turn key).
3. Turn on PC .
4. Click on the black Air-Vac administrator icon. The administrator password is “AirVac”.
5. Double click on the DRS27 icon to load the software.
6. Type in “DRS27” as operator and select the thumbs up icon to advance to the next screen.
7. Select thumbs again when prompted for the password (system is shipped with no password).
8. Machine will perform a Home Operation. Click on OK.
9. Using the right side mouse button, click on the Air-Vac logo on the screen (main menu background
color will change to red). You are now in the “Hidden” setup window.
10. Select Options from the menu bar.
11. Select Open, then Profile Open. The file group should default to System-System-System.
12. Select the Post-Power-Up Voltage Verification profile. Click on the Thumbs Up icon. Click on the
thumbs up icon again to advance to the run screen.
