3 Machine Function Verifications

Verification Overview
Once the DRS27 has been setup according to the instructions as outlined in Chapter 2, critical machine
functions including pressure, gas flow rate, temperature and vision must now be verified to ensure proper
machine performance. It is important that the verification procedures be done sequentially as outlined in
this section.
Machine verification should be done:
•
After initial setup
•
Anytime the system is physically moved or disconnected
•
At regularly scheduled intervals such as every 3-4 months.
Verification processes are stored in a hidden menu, to enter the hidden menu please do the following:
•
Right click on the Air-Vac logo (A) and the toolbar color will change to red.
•
To return to the main menu, right click anywhere else on the screen and the toolbar will return to
normal.
