2.6 Diesel engine and hydraulic pumps
The liquid-cooled turbo engine drives 3 hydraulic pumps. Hydraulic motors drive the wheels and
the spray pump unit. The cooling unit is located below the cab. The upper part, the radiator, cools
the coolant for the engine. The lower part cools the hydraulic oil. The compressor on the engine
supplies compressed air. The compressed air is for example used for the spring struts and the
brakes.
