6.30 Using a jack

WARNING

Read and obey the instructions in the manual of the jack.

The clean water tank and the spray tank must be empty.
Do not lift more than one wheel at the same time.
Do not leave the machine on the jack: use a suitable axle stand for support.

1.

Check that the clean water tank and the
spray tank are empty.

2.

Park the sprayer on a firm, even surface.

3.

Apply the parking brake.

4.

Turn the engine off and take the ignition key
with you.

5.

Use wheel chocks [1].

6.

Use a jack with a lifting capacity of at least
5.5 ton

(5000 kg)

.

7.

Position the head of the jack inside the ring
