Hydraulic system
EXPLOSION HAZARD
Pressure accumulator contains high pressure gas and oil.
Prevent death or serious injury.
Replacing, pre-charging by qualified personnel only.
Do not weld near a pressure accumulator.
Do not release the pressure by loosening a fitting.
Prevent damage to the system:
•
Work with clean hands and clean tools.
•
Clean the area around a component before you remove it.
•
Cover the area of a removed component.
•
Use the dust cap when you disconnect a hose.
6.10 Hydraulic oil
Check the oil level daily.
Check the oil level when the boom is folded and the oil is cold.
If the level is too low, the message
“Hydraulic oil level is too low”
appears on
the main screen.
Checking the oil level:
1.
Check the oil level [1].
X must be approximately 1.2 inch
(30 mm)

2.
If necessary: remove the filler cap [2] and
add oil (
149
).
6.11 Hydraulic hoses
WARNING
Immediately replace damaged or leaking hydraulic hoses.
If biological hydraulic oil (Panolin) is used:
•
Replace the 12 hydraulic hoses for the wheel motors every 1000 operating hours.
•
Replace the 12 hydraulic hoses for the wheel motors at least 1x per year.
