[11] = Working width correction in feet (ft).
In case of individually controlled nozzle holders. The nozzle holders are not closed
by hand and the working width does not have to be corrected: the value is 0.00.
In case of a spray boom with sections and/or end nozzles. Normally the working
width does not have to be corrected: the value is 0.00. If desired, the working width
can be corrected in steps equal to the nozzle spacing
(for example 15 inch = 1.25 ft).
Example 1:
If two nozzle holders are closed by hand, the working width decreases
30 inch = 2.5 ft (in case of a nozzle spacing of 15 inch).
Without working width correction:
•
The liquid application rate (GPA) increases a bit.
•
The indicated values (ac and ac/h) are a bit too high.
By entering –2.50:
•
The liquid application rate (GPA) is kept the same.
•
The indicated values (ac and ac/h) are correct.
Example 2:
If one optional end nozzle is used which increases the working width by
30 inch = 2.5 ft.
Without working width correction:
•
The liquid application rate (GPA) decreases a bit.
•
The indicated values (ac and ac/h) are a bit too low.
By entering 2.50:
•
The liquid application rate (GPA) is kept the same.
•
The indicated values (ac and ac/h) are correct.
3. By pressing reset [12], you start new measurements ([1], [2], [3] and [4]).
4. By pressing reset [13], you start new measurements ([8], [9] and [10]).
5. Press the button [14] repeatedly to enter a negative value.
6. Press the button [15] repeatedly to enter a positive value.
7. Press the button [16] to go back to the main page.
