Frame Stiffness and Area Function Calibration: Express Test

Load the fused silica standard into the NanoVision stage.

In NanoSuite, select Open Method… from the Method menu.

From the Filename drop-down box in Open Method dialog box,
select
Express Test > Express Test Tip Calibration as shown in
Figure 6-64 .

Right-click anywhere in the handset area and select Nano HandSet
