CONFigure:TIME?

This command sets the time of the clock in the Tester.

Panel Key Control

This command sets the panel key control to

Automatic Test and Configuration are available. In Automatic 
Test, Radio System, BCCH and TCH (Talk) are locked and 
cannot be changed.
