These query commands return the Phase Error measurement
result values,
<int 1>
,
<int 2>
,
<real3>
, and
<real4>
, for
each of the six measurement channels. Each value is separated
by a comma.
•
<int 1>
(1 digit) is
0
if measurement results are within the
measurement range, or
1
if any measurement result is out of
range or the Phase Error is not measured.
•
<int 2>
(1 digit) contains test results by the total sum of
2
bits as follows.
bit 0 (1): Pass or Fail result for RMS Phase Error
bit 1 (2): Pass or Fail result for Peak Phase Error
Each bit is set to
0
if the test is pass, or each bit is set to
1
if the
test is fail. The value in the parentheses is decimal value for
each bit. Refer to
Setting and Querying the Registers
on
.
•
<real3>
(up to 4 letters) and
<real4>
(up to 4 letters) are
the measured RMS and peak phase error data ranging from
0.0
to
99.9
in ° (degrees). If any measurement result is out
of the measurement range or the phase error is not
measured, the value
99.9
is returned.
