2. You install EDG-4508/4516 at a local site, with no access problems,
but later move the server to a remote site and connect through a
WAN. Due to the different network interface connection, your IP ad-
dress might have changed, and as a consequence, you are no longer
on the server’s Access Control List.
To solve this problem:
1. Confirm your IP address with EDG-4508/4516 .
2. Ask the administrator to set up the server configuration so that you
are on EDG-4508/4516 ’s Access Control List.

While running EDG-4508/4516 Manager, a question mark, ‘?’, shows
up on top of the server icon, and you are unable to enter server prop-
erties.
This means that the host cannot find the server. Here are some steps
you can take to recover from this problem:
If the host and server are in the same location:
1. Make sure EDG-4508/4516 ’s power cable is plugged in, and the server
is receiving power.
2. Check that the server’s network connector is plugged in properly.
3. Make sure your computer is properly connected to the network.
4. Double click on the server icon that has the question mark (?) on top.
This will evoke EDG-4508/4516 Manager to reconnect with the server.
If the server is at remote site:
1. Make sure the network connection to the remote site is okay. If no
route can be established to the remote server, and you are connecting
through the Internet, you may need to wait until the route is reestab-
lished.
2. If the route is okay, try running
