Staining Vessels (12)
Plastic Reagent Vessels
Back Interlock Switch
Interlock Switches on the unit stops all
operation, except the heated basin
temperature controls, when a hood is raised
Drive Pulley
Mounted on the X-Motor shaft.
X-Drive Belt
Toothed belt that interlocks on the Drive
Pulley and Idler Pulley.
X-Sensor Board
X-Sensor Board has photosensors that
determine the X/Y Table location and
provides inputs to the Computer Control
Board.
Drive Plate
Hold the X-Sensor Board, X-Motor, Idler
Pulley and Rails for the X/Y Table rollers.
X/Y Table with Y-Motor and
Y-Sensor Board
X/Y Table moves up and down with the
Robotic Arm mounted. Provides inputs to
the Computer Control Board and operates
in a normal movement or in an “agitate”
operation.
Idler Pulley/Tension Spring Far Side
Maintains X-Belt tension during movement.
Drive Rails
Drive Rails are mounted on the Drive Plate.
Provide a mounting area for the X/Y Table.
