Setting restrictions: First range

Further second range span should be set in the same number of places of decimals 
as first range span in parameter No.  B03 .
Example: First range : 1.000 then second range should be
                4.000 

Hysteresis width at switching range can be set in parameter No.  B34 .
It is the rate (%) of first range span.
