Each weld processor provides multiple functions for defining
weld schedules. It also lets you configure the device to meet your
application requirements by programming setup parameters. The
control also provides a programmable stepper to compensate for
lost current density over the life of the electrodes.
All of these features are programmable from several different
programming devices:
•
Plug the WTC DEP-100S programming device into the
connector on the enclosure door or on the weld processor
module or the WTC Network Power Pack.
•
When connecting the MedWeld 3005 to a network controlled
by the WTC Weld Support System (XWSS), programming
and data acquisition can be done through WTC’s proprietary
programs.
•
Use the MedLAP, MedVIEW or MedVIEW
lite
communication programs to program weld schedules,
steppers and setup parameters from a Microsoft Windows ™
interface.
