15 Put the copper sleeve on tool no. 88800196.

The steel gasket may

not

be used when installing

the copper sleeve. It may

only

be used when

installing the unit injector.
Oil the pin on the tool.

NOTICE!

The tool only fits the new version cop-

per sleeve.

16 Place 88800196 together with the copper sleeve

in the cylinder head. Make sure the copper sleeve
bottoms in the cylinder head.
Install the unit injector yoke.
Use tool 1159794 Torque wrench to press in the
copper sleeve; torque 80 Nm (59 lbf ft).
