35 Install the heat shield.

36 Clean the turbocharger gasket planes.

Fit a new gasket to the exhaust manifold and
install the turbocharger.
Install spacers and tighten the bolts.
Install the oil return pipe with new seals. Fill the
turbocharger with clean engine oil before the
pressure hose is installed on the turbocharger.
Install the hose and actuator heat shield on the
turbocharger and clamp it as illustrated.

NOTICE!

Do not tighten too hard.
