37  Install a new O-ring on the wire harness to seal

against the cylinder head.
Install the wire harness. Begin by running the part
for the unit injectors through the hole in the front
side of the cylinder head. make sure the O-ring is
not damaged when it is pressed into the hole in
the cylinder head. Tighten the bolt.
Attach the wire harness with two clamps behind
the belt pulley and one clamp on the inlet mani-
fold.

38  Install the connectors to the temperature sensor

and wastegate control valve.
Secure the wire harness with cable ties. Make
sure the wire harness does not touch the rear of
the belt pulley.

39  Install the connectors to the unit injectors and oil

valve. Clamp the wire harness under the valve
cover with original cable ties (these are heat and
oil resistant).
