Installing the Accessories

[ 1 ] Process unit (Drum unit and Toner cartridge)

Note:

To prevent damage or poor print quality, do not touch the green drum, or expose it to room light
for more than the 3 minutes. Never expose the drum to direct sunlight.

(1) Open the front cover.

Fig.3-5

(2) Remove the toner cartridge from the box.
(3) Holding it firmly with both hands, rock it left and right, forward and back in the directions indicated

by the arrows in the figure.
