 Primary Standard Instruction Manual

Thermo Fisher Scientific

useful to determine how much ozone is produced at a certain percentage of 
lamp intensity. The pressure calibration is visible only when the calibrator is 
in service mode. For more information on the service mode, see “Service 
Mode” earlier in this chapter.

Note 

This adjustment should only be performed by an instrument service 

technician.

Pressure Calibration

The Pressure Calibration menu is used to calibrate the pressure sensor to 
zero, span, or restore factory default values. The pressure calibration is 
visible only when the calibrator is in service mode. For more information on 
the service mode, see “Service Mode” earlier in this chapter.

The pressure sensor’s zero counts and span slope are displayed on the menu.

Note 

This adjustment should only be performed by an instrument service 

technician.
