9. Click the Configuration button under Initialization in the

Microscope field.

10. When the Microscope Configuration dialog box opens,

confirm that the Auto ATR is disabled (the checkbox is not

checked).

If Auto ATR is not checked, click the Close button to close the

dialog box without changes.

If it is, click the checkbox to uncheck it, click the Save button,

and then click the Close button to disable Auto ATR and close

the dialog box.
