Using the internal

Contact Alert System

Follow the steps that follow to collect data using the internal Contact

Alert System.

Notice

Before rotating the objective into position, lower the stage to provide

sufficient clearance between the stage and the objective.



1. Select reflection viewing mode.

Check to be sure that Experiment Setup (available through the

Collect menu of OMNIC Atlµs) is closed and then use the

Sampling Mode switch on the front panel.
