Hardware Lock Open
The Hardware Lock Open interlock indicates that no torch is fitted or
that the torch is not fitted correctly.

To reset the Hardware Lock Open interlock
1. Remove the torch assembly.
2. Check the position of the torch body in the torch holder.
3. Insert the torch assembly again.
Water Valve Closed
The Water Valve Closed interlock indicates that the water valve in the
instrument is closed. To reset the Water Valve Closed interlock, contact
the Qtegra administrator.
Low Argon Pressure
The Low Argon Pressure interlock indicates that the argon gas flow is
not sufficient. Also see the readback value of the gas flow in the Gas
Flow pane, see

To reset the Low Argon Pressure interlock
1. Check that the argon supply is switched on and can supply 6 bar.
2. Make sure that the gas lines are securely connected, free from kinks,
and not trapped.
Low Cool Gas Flow
The Low Cool Gas Flow interlock indicates that the cool gas flow is
below 5 L/min and the nebulizer gas flow is below 0.1 L/min or that the
cool gas flow is below 10 L/min and the nebulizer gas flow is above
0.1 L/min. Also see the readback value of the cooling gas in the Gas
Flow pane, see

To reset the Low Cool Gas Flow interlock
1. Check that the argon supply is switched on and can supply 6 bar.
2. Make sure that the gas lines are securely connected, free from kinks,
and not trapped.
