iCAP Q Operating Manual (P/N 1288090, Revision B)

Thermo Fisher Scientific

14. Make sure that the torch body O-rings are free from dirt.

15. Make sure that the load coil is in good condition with no burns or

damages.

16. Make sure that the waste tubing is inserted in the waste container

and the waste container is empty.

17. Make sure that the sample cone is in good condition.

18. Make sure the Forward Power during ignition is 900 W or greater.

19. Make sure that the cooling water meets the conductivity

requirements.

If the problem remains, contact the Qtegra Administrator for
further troubleshooting.
