SHIPPED CONFIGURATION (LOCAL OPERATION)
The power supply is configured for local operation at the factory. See the table that follows
for a summary of this configuration.

Use the front panel controls to
adjust the output voltage and
current set point settings. See section on “Local Operation” on page 30
for front panel operation. See section on,
“Analog Programming & Isolated Analog
Programming” on page 72 for analog
programming procedures.
The OVP set point is adjusted at
the front panel to 105% above
the maximum rated output
voltage. See “Using Over Voltage Protection (OVP)”
on page 50 for the adjustment procedure.
ENABLING THE OUTPUT
Enabling the output on will also turn off the ALARM LED if the ALARM LED has been
latched on due to an alarm triggering and automatically clearing. See “Alarms and Errors” on
page 44.
To enable the output power:

Press the OUTPUT ENABLE Main button on the front panel or enter the SCPI
command.
The OUTPUT ENABLE Main button will illuminate.
To disable the output power:

Press the OUTPUT ENABLE Main button when the OUTPUT ENABLE Main button
is illuminated.
The output will be disabled and the LEDs will not be illuminated.
Important: The main output will not turn on if the shutdown function is
activated. See “Using the External Shutdown Function” on page 53.
