• Apply thread lock to the generator rotor nut

99000-32030: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1303”
or equivalent
• Hold the generator rotor with the special tool.
• Tighten the generator rotor nut

to the specified torque.

Generator rotor nut: 160 N·m (16.0 kgf-m, 115.5 lbf-ft)


• Install the primary drive gear

and key

• Install the washer

and primary drive gear nut

NOTE:
* The conical curve side of washer faces outside.
* The “L” mark side

of primary drive gear nut faces outside.
• Hold the generator rotor with the special tool.
• Tighten the primary drive gear nut

(left-hand threads) to the
specified torque.

Primary drive gear nut: 100 N·m (10.0 kgf-m, 72.5 lbf-ft)

