5-16 FUEL SYSTEM AND THROTTLE BODY
• Install a new O-ring

and IAP sensor

• Apply thin coat of engine oil to the cushion seal

and O-ring

• Install the fuel injector

by pushing it straight to the fuel
delivery pipe

NOTE:
Align the coupler

of injector with the groove

of delivery
pipe.
• Fit the projection

on the fuel delivery pipe in the hole

of
the throttle body.

• Install the fuel delivery pipe

White paint
Replace the O-ring with a new one.
Replace the cushion seal and O-ring with new ones.
Never turn the injector while pushing it.
Never turn the injector
