4.11.1

Side Speaker Removal

•

Perform sections 2.1.1 - 2.1.4 of the Base Disassembly Procedure

Tools needed:

•

Pry tool

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.

Remove the side speaker from its cavity in the outer
base cover by prying the end of the speaker nearest
the system connector opening up out of the outer
base cover.

2.

Then lift the speaker from its cavity using your
fingers.

4.11.2

Side Speaker Installation

The installation of this part is covered in the base reassembly procedure. To install this part,
perform sections 2.2.1 - 2.2.4 of the base reassembly. If this part is being replaced, a new part
should be used in the place of the old part when performing the reassembly instructions.
