Step-by-Step Instructions
NOTE! If there is a protective covering over the
display or on the inner surface of the
window portion of the display cover,
remove them at this time.

Check for dust on the display and on the inner
surface of the display cover’s window. Use ionized
air, alcohol, and lint-free wipes to remove any dust
from these surfaces.
6.
Place the display carrier/inner flip cover assembly
into the display cover so that the display is aligned to
the display window in the display cover.
NOTE! When the display cover and the display
carrier/inner flip cover assembly are
correctly aligned, you can see through the
screw holes that are located on each side of
the navigation keypad.
7.
Hold the display cover in place and slide the keypad
lock key to make sure that the keypad lock key does
not hang. The keypad lock key is spring loaded and
should return to it original position when released.
8.
Using a torque screwdriver set to 15 N·cm and a
Torx Plus size 5 bit, install a 1.6 X 5mm screw in
each of the two screw locations.
9.
Using a torque screwdriver set to 11 N·cm and a
Torx Plus size 5 bit, install a 1.6 X 5mm screw in
each of the two screw locations.
