The electric immersion heater makes possible
d.h.w. heating
without putting an addi-
tional heat source into operation. The electric immersion heater can provide d.h.w.
heating on its own or, if a solar collector is used, can reheat the d.h.w. to the current
setpoint, if required (according to the d.h.w. time switch program, refer to operating
lines 520 and 521).
However, the electric immersion heater can also be defined only for ensuring
frost pro-
tection for the d.h.w. storage tank
or the
combi storage tank

a free terminal:

The electric immersion heater can be locked when the green button is activated, de-
pending on the parameterization of the green button.
The electric immersion heater
