4.113 Switching differential of “Minimum
temperature of the wood-fired boiler for
release of the pump”

Adjustable switching differential for activating the pump of the wood-fired boiler
To enable the pump of the wood-fired boiler to be activated, the “Minimum boiler tem-
perature for release of the pump” must be exceeded by the switching differential ad-
justed here.

When the “Minimum boiler temperature for release of the pump” (operating line 370) is
exceeded by the switching differential adjusted here and, in addition, the “Minimum
switching differential of the wood-fired boiler” (operating line 369) is satisfied, the boiler
pump will be put into operation.
If the sum of “Minimum boiler temperature” (operating line 370) and switching differen-
tial (operating line 371) is not reached, or if the “Minimum switching differential of the
wood-fired boiler” is not satisfied, the pump will remain deactivated.

As soon as the boiler temperature drops below the “Minimum boiler temperature for
release of the pump”, or the “Minimum switching differential of the wood-fired boiler”
(operating line 369) is not reached, the boiler pump will overrun for the period of time
selected here.
If, during the pump overrun time, the switch-on criteria are not satisfied again, the pump
will be deactivated.
