Voice Protocol Module debug mode
This is the function that shows debug messages of the layer close by a device
on ports side.
There are parameters of in/out/all that set up Incoming/Outgoing, and
deb0/deb1/info/all that set up levels.

H323 debug mode
This is the function that shows a debug message of H323, and shows the
contents of stack and call-control.
Log displays an appropriate calling number and called number, All displays a
debug message regardless of calling/called number.

SIP debug mode
This is the function that shows a debug message of SIP, and shows the
contents of stack and call-control.
Dump is the function that shows a SIP message.

debug message regardless of calling/called number.
