ADMIN
up/down: indicates the status of voice port in accordance with the operator’s
control. This appears as ‘down’ when an operator executes shutdown
command in voice port configuration mode, but ‘up’ when executing ‘no
shutdown’.
OPER
indicates status changes while voice port or DS0 channel works. This appears
as ‘up’ in case that the voice port or DS0 channel is normally in service, and as
‘down’ while the voice port is out of service due to failure of voice card.
indicates as 'block' when blocked by an operator, or a channel is not available
when it signals.
IN STATUS
indicates status changes when analog voice port or DS0 channel handles a call.
At this time, call state is indicated differently according to signaling method in
each SIG-Type analog of voice port or DS0 channel.
‘idle’, ‘ringing’, ‘off-hook’, ‘out_of_svc’, ‘busy’, ‘seized’, ‘answered’ etc.

indicates status changes when analog voice port or DS0 channel handles a call.
At this time, call state is indicated differently according to signaling method in
each SIG-Type analog of voice port or DS0 channel.

busyout function, ‘static_busyout’, ‘dynamic_busyout’ is indicated
in case of analog voice port, indications such as ‘tone_dial’, ‘tone_rb’,
‘tone_busy’, ‘tone_congest’, ‘ringing’ are added.
EC
indicates working of echo cancellation function set up in analog voice port or
DS0.
Prerequisites to Configure Analog Voice ports
Before configuration of Voice port, the user should predefine the following
information and determine the following with interworking Opposite PBX in
advance.
