Configuring Enhanced H.323 Services
The additional control of H.323 gateway call processing can be done in a
‘voice service h323’ configuration mode or ‘voice class h323’ configuration
mode. ‘voice service h323’ configuration is applied to all H.323 calls, while
‘voice class h323’ configuration is applied only at a dial-peer level.
If a specific dial-peer specifies an already-created voice class using ‘voice-
class h323’ command, the specified ‘voice class h323’ configuration has a
priority over the ‘voice service h323’ configuration. The commands in the
Table 29.8 below are those available in each configuration mode.

Let’s discuss how to use commands in ‘voice service h323’ configuration
mode. The commands are used in the same way even in a ‘voice class h323’
configuration mode. But, there is a keyword ‘system’ for each command in a
‘voice class h323’ configuration mode. This means that the same command
settings are used in a ‘voice service h323’ configuration mode.
