41.2 Check the hydraulic system

Fluids (hydraulic oil) escaping under high
pressure may penetrate the skin and
cause severe injury!
• Use suitable tools when looking for
leaks!
• Park the implements, depressurize
the system, switch off the engine
and remove the ignition key before
commencing work on the hydraulic
system!
• Consult a doctor immediately in case of
injury!
Before each start-up

Check the hydraulic hoses for wear and
damage.
Hydraulic hoses are subject to natural ageing.
The period of usage for hydraulic hoses should not
exceed 5-6 years.
Ź
Check the date of manufacture.

for leak-tightness and if necessary re-tighten
the threaded connections.
