Code:012 ‐ Selected comport is not available select new port in "Communication Setup" and end
program
The COM ‐ Port you setup on your PC is not available. It is either not installed or is being used by
another program.
Code:013 ‐ Illegal telegram size
Call the service engineer.
Code:014 ‐ VCU ‐ Communication error
Press the [Esc] key once. Should the message reappear check whether the power LED (green) on
the VCU is on. Check COM ‐ port settings.
Code:015 ‐ Wrong telegram format
Call the service engineer.
Code:016 ‐ VCU ‐ Storage limit exceeded
The VCU program memory is full. Remove programs and/or reports you no longer need from the
VCU.
Code:017 ‐ VCU ‐ Unknown program name
The program selected is not stored in the VCU. You have to download the program. (see
Downloading programs)
Code:018 ‐ VCU ‐ Wrong telegram bytes
Call the service engineer.
Code:019 ‐ VCU ‐ Illegal command
Call the service engineer.

The time entered is too long. (Over 24 hrs.) Enter shorter time.

The time entered is too short. Make the time longer.
